Your data, in plain words.
Who we are
Farasi is a brand of D.E. Marketing, Branding & Communication Consultancy LTD., based in São Paulo, Brazil. This page explains, in plain words, what we keep about you, why, for how long, and how to ask us to change or delete it. It follows Brazil's data protection law (LGPD).
What we keep
When you write to us: your name, surname, company, e-mail and message. When you subscribe to our newsletter: your name, surname, e-mail, your language, the page where you subscribed and the moment you confirmed. Our e-mails also record whether they reached your inbox and which of their links you click; we do not track whether you open them. If you receive our welcome lessons, we also keep the profile you choose in the first one (for example, “I work for an equestrian brand”) and when the lessons started. When you join the waiting list for our research platform: your name, surname, company and e-mail. To keep robots out and to prove what you agreed to, we also keep a scrambled version of your connection address, never the address itself. This site never asks for passwords, card numbers or ID numbers.
Why
To answer you, because you asked. To send the newsletter and the Knowledge announcement, because you said yes, and you can take that yes back at any time. To learn, from the links you click, which pieces are useful to you. To protect the site and the people who use it.
For how long
Messages: two years. The newsletter: until you leave, in one click, from any e-mail. Sign-ups that are never confirmed: thirty days. When you leave or ask us to delete your data, only a scrambled version of your e-mail stays, so that we never write to you again, together with the record of your consent, without your name, for up to five years.
Who helps us
Cloudflare hosts the site, checks for robots and confirms that the domain of an e-mail can receive mail (only the domain, never the address). Supabase keeps our database, in São Paulo. Resend sends our e-mails and counts the clicks on their links. If you accept the cookie notice below, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel also help us measure visits and how our ads perform; Meta uses this to build audiences for future campaigns. Some of them process data outside Brazil, under data protection agreements. We never sell your data.
Cookies
A few preferences stay only on your device, such as your language and, once you subscribe from an Insight, a simple mark that keeps our Insights open for you on that device, without your name or e-mail. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) only run after you accept the notice on this site; you can decline instead, and either choice is remembered so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time under Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw it, these cookies are removed from your browser.
Visit counting
We also count visits ourselves, without cookies and without storing anything on your device: the page seen, how long it stayed open, the country and city (from the connection, not your exact location), the kind of device and where the visit came from, such as Instagram or a search engine. Your IP address is not stored: together with the browser and the date, it becomes a code that changes every day, so we can count people per day but cannot recognise anyone from one day to the next. These numbers are kept for 13 months and only the Farasi team sees them.
Your rights
You can ask what we keep about you, correct it, take a copy, withdraw your consent or have it deleted. Write to hello@farasi.com.br. We reply within fifteen days.
